Between 2020-23 we hired 13% more doctors and 11% more nurses in to the NHS. That's 15,000 doctors and 34,000 nurses. We need to make sure people in Norwich feel the benefit.
- I'll fight for more investment in community care, like the £19m new ward recently funded at Norwich Community Hospital.
- I'll campaign for a dental school at UEA so that we train and retain local talent in Norfolk and for Norfolk.
- I'll work with pharmacists across Norwich to ensure residents can access an expanded range of treatments at their pharmacy.
